Biko brings strategic value to artists under his purview and has collaborated with top labels from Def Jam, Republic Records, 300 Entertainment, among others.

Specializing in performance marketing with experience ranging from major brands and labels to grassroots businesses and artists. Chuck aims to give unparalleled access to top level marketing insights for artists on TLR Distribution. He has helped drive over 50 million streams  for independent artists, grown mailing lists of tens of thousands of fans, managed and grew a social media network of over 500k followers, and has driven over $2 million in revenue through direct response social marketing efforts for businesses. 

Quentin Hollis, born and raised in Houston, brings years of experience in the music industry to his role as Manager of A&R at TLR Distribution. Before joining TLR, Quentin worked closely with independent artists, helping them develop their sound and navigate the complexities of music distribution. His passion for artist development and his deep industry knowledge have allowed him to build strong connections with studios, radio stations, and major labels. At TLR, Quentin continues to support emerging talent by providing hands-on guidance and the tools they need to grow their careers.
